Job Description
Generate leads and identify potential property buyers and tenants.
Contact and communicate with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Arrange and coordinate property visits and site inspections.
Follow up regularly with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Explain property details, pricing, location, and other relevant information to clients.
Coordinate between property owners and prospective buyers/tenants.
Assist in negotiations and support the complete sales/rental process until deal closure.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
