Job Description
Generate leads through cold calling, references, digital platforms, walk-ins, and channel partners.
Identify prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
Conduct property presentations and explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
Arrange and accompany customers on site visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
Follow up with leads regularly to convert inquiries into bookings.
Negotiate pricing and payment terms within company guidelines.
Coordinate with CRM, Finance, Legal, and Customer Relationship teams for smooth booking and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Participate in exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and marketing events.
Monitor competitor projects, pricing, and market trends.
Ensure excellent customer service before and after the sale.
