Job Description
1. Relationship Manager – B2B Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Onboarding: Identify, pitch, and acquire new B2B partners across Rajasthan to expand the business network.
- Field Visits & Presentations: Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and present Alice Blue's business models effectively.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with existing partners to drive continuous business growth.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly partner acquisition and revenue targets set by the organization.
- Market Insights: Track market trends and competitor activities in the region to identify new growth opportunities.
2. Telecaller / Executive – B2C Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Handle inbound/outbound calls to pitch stock market services and convert potential leads into active clients.
- Client Engagement: Educate retail clients about trading platforms, account opening processes, and market offerings.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly client acquisition targets through systematic phone follow-ups and convincing pitches.
- Database Management: Maintain and update call records, prospect status, and follow-up schedules in the system.
- Customer Support: Address initial client queries clearly to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
