Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company.
2. Communicate fluently in English and Hindi to engage with diverse clients.
3. Check and confirm eligibility criteria for services/products.
4. Collect and verify necessary documents from eligible leads.
5. Forward verified documents and lead details to the concerned department.

Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
2. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
3. Ability to handle client queries with patience and professionalism.
