Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify prospects: Scout potential business clients using outbound channels like cold calling, emails, LinkedIn research, and online networking.
• Qualify leads: Filter and score prospects based on their workforce management, attendance tracking, and sales pipeline requirements. []

2. Product Demonstrations & Solution Pitching

• Conduct demos: Deliver remote or on-site visual walkthroughs of the software to prospective clients.
• Feature positioning: Translate technical specifications into real-world business advantages, focusing on how the system centralises communications and prevents lost lead opportunities. [1]

3. Pipeline Management & Deal Closure [1]

• Proposals: Prepare accurate quotations, pricing sheets, business proposals, and follow-up sequences.
