Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Telecaller to handle patient calls, follow-ups, appointment bookings, and lead conversion while maintaining excellent communication and patient service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
• Explain hospital services, doctors, treatments, and appointment details.
• Maintain accurate call records and lead follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the hospital team for appointments and patient requirements.
• Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.
• Handle patient queries professionally and escalate concerns when required.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or healthcare.
• Excellent Hindi communication; basic English preferred.
• Good convincing, follow-up, and communication skills.
• Target-oriented and confident personality.
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

Preferred: Hospital/Healthcare telecalling experience.
