About The Consulting Mind

The Consulting Mind is a business consulting and entrepreneurship-focused company helping business owners build better systems, teams and scalable businesses.

We are looking for a creative and responsible Part-Time Social Media Executive who can manage day-to-day content execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & Facebook videos
  • Daily content posting on Instagram, Facebook & YouTube
  • Write/use captions, hashtags and basic SEO keywords
  • Add subtitles, hooks, transitions, music and relevant B-roll
  • Research trending content, formats and audio
  • Create basic thumbnails/creative posts using Canva
  • Schedule and organize content
  • Monitor basic content performance
  • Maintain consistency in daily posting
  • Work with raw footage and AI-generated video content

Requirements:

  • Basic/strong knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN or similar editing tools
  • Understanding of Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
  • Canva knowledge
  • Good sense of trending social media content
  • Good communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines
  • Portfolio/sample work is preferred

Who we're looking for:

Someone who is creative, fast, responsible and genuinely understands social media, not someone who only knows video editing.

Freshers with good editing skills and a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
