Job Description


 Key Responsibilities 

  • Call and engage with provided leads to introduce company products and services 
  • Clearly explain financial products and address client queries 
  • Generate interest and schedule meetings with potential clients 
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested prospects 
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships 
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets 
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and conversions 
  • Submit daily calling reports and performance updates 

Key Requirements 

  • Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Finance preferred) 
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, tele calling, or financial product selling 
  • Strong communication and convincing skills 
  • Comfortable with calling and handling client conversations 
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset 
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is a plus 


Preferred Skills 

  • Experience in B2B or service-based sales 
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals 
  • Good follow-up and negotiation skills
