Job Description
Job Summary:
A Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. They identify customer needs, present suitable products or services, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
