अपहोल्स्ट्री कारीगर / Upholster – Job Profileपद: अपहोल्स्ट्री कारीगर (Upholster)

विभाग: उत्पादन (Production)

उद्योग: एक्सपोर्ट फर्नीचर मैन्युफैक्चरिंग

उत्पाद: Sofa, Bed, Chair, Armchair, Bench एवं अन्य Upholstered Furniture

  • मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ Sofa, Chair, Bed, Bench एवं अन्य फर्नीचर की Upholstery का कार्य करना।
  • Foam, Fabric, Leatherette आदि को सही माप के अनुसार कटिंग, फिटिंग और फिक्सिंग करना।
  • फ्रेम के अनुसार Foam और Fabric की सही फिटिंग एवं Finishing करना।
  • Stitching एवं Sewing की गुणवत्ता की जांच करना।
  • Fabric पर झुर्रियां, ढीलापन, सिलवट या असमानता न आने देना।
  • Sofa, Chair एवं Bed की Cushion एवं Backrest की सही फिटिंग करना।
  • Stapling, Pasting एवं अन्य Upholstery Tools का सुरक्षित एवं सही उपयोग करना।
  • Production Drawing/Design के अनुसार Upholstery तैयार करना।
  • Fabric की दिशा, Pattern और Alignment का विशेष ध्यान रखना।
  • तैयार फर्नीचर की Quality, Finishing और Appearance की जांच करना।
  • Export Furniture की Packaging एवं Quality Standards के अनुसार काम करना।
  • दिए गए Production Target और समय सीमा के अनुसार काम पूरा करना।
  • Material की wastage को कम रखना और खराबी होने पर तुरंत Supervisor को बताना।
  • Production Supervisor/QC Team के निर्देशों के अनुसार सुधार करना।
  • आवश्यक योग्यता एवं अनुभवUpholstery/Furniture Industry में 2–5 वर्ष का अनुभव वांछनीय।
  • Sofa, Chair, Bed एवं अन्य upholstered furniture बनाने का अच्छा अनुभव।
  • Foam और Fabric की cutting एवं fitting की जानकारी।
  • Upholstery tools और machines चलाने का अनुभव।
  • Furniture drawings/designs को समझने की क्षमता।
  • अच्छी finishing और quality पर ध्यान।
  • मेहनती, जिम्मेदार और समय पर काम पूरा करने की क्षमता।

अतिरिक्त योग्यताExport Furniture Company का अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
