Job Description

  • Welcome guests and provide friendly, polite service.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Serve food and drinks to guests promptly.
  • Explain menu items and assist guests with their selections.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order service.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
  • Prepare tables before service and clear them after guests leave.
  • Follow company food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
  • RequirementsGood communication and customer-service skills.
  • Polite, positive, and presentable personality.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Previous waiter/hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
