Field Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Recruiter to support recruitment for logistics operations. The role will involve sourcing, screening, and onboarding delivery executives, warehouse staff, riders, and other frontline employees to meet business manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through field visits, referrals, job portals, local networks, and recruitment drives.

Conduct online interviews and initial candidate screening.

Recruit delivery executives/riders, warehouse associates, and other logistics frontline staff.

Explain job responsibilities, salary structure, incentives, working hours, and company policies to candidates.

Coordinate document collection, background verification, and joining formalities.

Maintain daily recruitment and joining reports.

Work closely with operations managers to understand manpower requirements.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.

Conduct local hiring drives in high-demand areas.

Follow up with selected candidates to ensure they report for joining.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

Candidate Requirements

Education: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Experience: 0–2 years in recruitment, field sales, staffing, logistics hiring, or a similar role.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.

Knowledge of the local area and local language preferred.

Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, Email and recruitment portals.

Target-oriented and able to work independently.

Compensation

Salary: ₹13000– ₹16000 per month

Travel Allowance: per km / 2.5 rs

Note: The recruiter should be comfortable travelling locally and handling high-volume frontline hiring for logistics operations.
