Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Counter Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers, understand their requirements, explain products, generate sales, and provide excellent customer service. Typical retail counter-sales work includes customer assistance, product recommendations, billing, product display, stock support, and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers professionally at the retail counter.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and schemes.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints.
• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
• Promote upselling and cross-selling of products.
• Maintain proper product display and counter presentation.
• Ensure availability and proper arrangement of stock.
• Support billing and payment transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with the store/inventory team for stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the sales counter.
• Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and store guidelines.
• Required SkillsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic sales and convincing ability.
• Good product knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Basic calculation and billing knowledge.
• Ability to work in a retail/store environment.

EligibilityQualification: 12th Pass or above

Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years in Retail Sales / Counter Sales / Store Sales / Customer Handling preferred.
