Job Description
Neil Interior Designers is seeking a Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling interior projects from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional design quality, client satisfaction, and timely execution.
You will lead design discussions, prepare detailed layouts, supervise on-site work, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors.
- Key Responsibilities:Develop creative interior design concepts and presentations.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, and detailed working drawings.
- Interact with clients to understand requirements, budget, and design expectations.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and color schemes.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Supervise project execution and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Lead and mentor junior designers in project tasks.
- Prepare project estimates, BOQs, and monitor timelines.
