Job Description


  • Collect data from sales, production, HR, accounts, etc.
  • Maintain accurate records in Google sheets.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS reports.
  • Sales reports, target vs achievement.
  • Expense reports.
  • Attendance & payroll data reports.
  • Identify trends and performance gaps.
  • Prepare dashboards.
  • Support management with insights.
  • Work with different departments for data collection.
  • Maintain Google Sheets
  • Update FMS or IMS systems
  • Ensure data confidentiality.
  • Required SkillsAdvanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, SUMIFS)
  • Google Sheets
  • Basic knowledge of ERP / CRM
  • Data accuracy & attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic analytical ability
