Job Description
Urgent Requirement - Food Quality Auditor ( 2 Openings).
Work Location - Jodhpur Accommodation from company side.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control & Process Monitoring
- Conduct quality inspections of incoming raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-progress, and finished cookie products.
- Monitor critical production stages including mixing, dough preparation, moulding, baking, cooling, and packing.
- Verify product quality parameters such as appearance, color, texture, taste, weight, dimensions, moisture, and packaging integrity.
- Ensure finished products meet established quality standards and customer specifications.
- Perform routine sampling and testing as per approved quality plans and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), GMP, GHP, HACCP, and company quality policies.
- Monitor hygiene and sanitation standards across production and storage areas.
- Conduct routine line inspections to ensure adherence to food safety requirements.
- Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, laboratory reports, and batch documentation.
- Record deviations, observations, and corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Ensure traceability records are maintained as per regulatory and company requirements.
