Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales Executive to help expand Serva Work Pro's network of service providers and customers.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesVisit service providers, businesses, and customers in assigned areas.
  • Promote and explain the Serva Work Pro App.
  • Onboard new service providers and customers.
  • Generate leads and convert them into active users.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with providers and customers.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales/onboarding targets.
  • Maintain field visit and lead records.
  • Submit regular reports to management.
  • RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
  • Sales/marketing experience preferred; freshers can also apply.
  • Basic smartphone and app knowledge.
  • Good knowledge of Jodhpur and nearby areas.
  • Comfortable with field work and local travel.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
