Job Description
Generate invoices: Create and send clear, accurate bills or digital sales invoices to customers and clients.
Process payments: Record incoming cash, card, or digital payments and match them to open accounts.
Resolve discrepancies: Fix billing errors, correct underpayments or overpayments, and answer client questions.
Track accounts receivable: Follow up on late payments and send friendly payment reminders
