We are expanding our operations across Odisha and are looking for dedicated Field Recovery Executives who are passionate about field work and building positive customer relationships.

• Job ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their assigned locations to collect overdue payments in a professional and respectful manner.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding pending dues and available payment options.
• Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of collections, customer interactions, and daily field visits.
• Submit daily reports and update collection status through the company's reporting system.
• Ensure all collections are deposited as per company guidelines.
• Coordinate with the internal operations team for case updates and issue resolution.
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality during all customer interactions.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: 10th Pass / PUC / Any Graduate
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
• Honest, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications is preferred.
• Candidates with a two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be given preference.
