Job Description
- Key Responsibilities :-Maintain accounting records related to government and private tenders.
- Prepare and verify tender-related financial documents, EMDs, BGs, invoices, and payment records.
- Manage billing, invoicing, and payment follow-up for awarded tenders/projects.
- Reconcile customer accounts, vendor accounts, and project-wise expenses.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and procurement teams for tender-related financial requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports, outstanding reports, and project profitability reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Process vendor payments and maintain supporting documentation.
- Assist in audit activities and provide required financial records.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, and tender agreements.
- Monitor bank guarantees, security deposits, and tender validity timelines.
- Required Skills :-Good knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience in Government Tender Accounting and Documentation.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and ERP/Accounting Software.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
