Senior Executive – Operations & Data Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management & Analysis: Accurately manage, organize, and analyze company data using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) to generate actionable daily and monthly reports.
• Presentation & Documentation: Draft professional documents, official letters, and visually impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings and business requirements.
• Team Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for internal staff. Foster strong inter-departmental communication to ensure all daily operational targets are met smoothly.
• Day-to-Day Operations: Handle routine administrative tasks, monitor workflow schedules, and troubleshoot daily operational challenges efficiently.
• Record Keeping: Maintain and update digital and physical records, ensuring data security and easy retrieval.
• Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
• Experience: Proven experience in a similar administrative, operational, or data-centric role.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
• Problem Solving: Quick thinker with the ability to handle multitasking and manage daily office challenges proactively.
