Job Description
Core Job Responsibilities • Identify and appoint new distributors. • Develop wholesalers, dealers, agents and super-stockist prospects. • Open new towns, territories and markets for Ladha ji. • Build and expand the retailer network. • Generate first orders and repeat orders from distributors. • Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings. • Track competitor pricing, schemes, products and market activity. • Collect retailer/distributor feedback and market intelligence. • Support new product launches and product visibility. • Follow up on outstanding payments within company policy. • Submit daily field reports and weekly/monthly performance reports.
