Job Description
About Us:
Gamak Spices Kanpur ka ek naya spice brand hai — shudh haldi, lal mirch, dhaniya aur garam masala, bina milawat ke. Hum Kanpur ki kirana aur general stores me apni pakड़ banana chahte hain.
Responsibilities (kaam):
- Roz market me jaakar kirana/general stores ko visit karna (~30–40 dukaan/din)
- Naye retailers jodna aur order lena
- Purani dukaano se reorder lena — sirf ek baar maal daalna nahi
- Product ko shelf pe achhi jagah dilana (visibility)
- Rate, scheme aur margin dukandaar ko samjhaana
- Bikri aur competitor ke rate ki daily report dena
- Payment/collection ka dhyan rakhna
Requirements (chahiye):
- 12th pass ya graduate
- FMCG / masala / grocery field sales ka experience preferred (fresher bhi apply kar sakte hain)
- Apni bike + driving license zaroori
- Kanpur local area ki jaankari
- Hindi me achhi baat-cheet, convince karne ki skill
- Mehnati aur target ke liye taiyaar
