Accounts Assistant – Fresher


Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant (Fresher) to join our team. The candidate will assist with daily accounting activities, billing, payment entries, and maintaining financial records.


Key Responsibilities:


Assist with daily accounting and finance activities.

Prepare and verify invoices, bills, receipts, and payment documents.

Enter daily transactions into the accounting system.

Assist with cash and bank reconciliation.

Maintain proper records of expenses and purchases.

Check bills and supporting documents from vendors.

Assist in maintaining accounts payable and receivable records.

Support the Finance team in preparing daily/monthly reports.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
