Loss Prevention Associate

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

1.Monitor store and warehouse activities to prevent theft, pilferage, fraud, and inventory shrinkage.

2.Conduct regular stock verification, inventory audits, and physical checks.

3.Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and prepare incident reports.

4.Monitor CCTV footage and identify suspicious or unauthorized activities.

5.Conduct bag checks, gate pass verification, and visitor monitoring as per company policy.

6.Ensure compliance with security procedures, SOPs, and loss prevention guidelines.

7.Coordinate with Store Operations, Warehouse, Inventory, and Security teams to resolve loss-related issues.

8.Investigate cases of theft, damage, misplacement, and other operational losses.

9.Maintain accurate records of incidents, audits, discrepancies, and corrective actions.

10.Support surprise checks and periodic audits to identify potential risks.

11.Report unusual activities, security violations, and major incidents to the concerned manager.

12.Assist in implementing preventive measures to reduce shrinkage and improve inventory accuracy.
