Job Description

  • Receive and verify spare parts requisitions from service advisors and technicians.
  • Accurately pick and issue spare parts from inventory as per job card requirements.
  • Maintain proper records of parts issued, returned, and replaced.
  • Assist in stock management, including binning, labeling, and arranging parts systematically.
  • Conduct periodic stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages.
  • Coordinate with the Spare Parts Manager for replenishment and procurement needs.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the parts storage area.
  • Support in preparing MIS reports related to spare parts usage and movement.
  • Handle customer walk‑in requests for spare parts, if applicable.
