Sukoon Cafe is looking for passionate and hardworking Baristas to join our team. If you enjoy coffee, fast-paced café environments and creating a warm customer experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities: Prepare coffee, matcha and café beverages as per recipes

• Handle espresso machine, grinder and brewing equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of bar and workspace
• Assist customers with menu recommendations and take orders on Petpooja system
• Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff during rush hours
• Help with stock management and daily prep
• Give service till table to customer

Requirements:

• Prior café/barista experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of espresso-based beverages
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual, well-groomed and team-oriented
• Willingness to do service
• Willingness to learn and grow with the brand
