Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Communicate with customers and provide basic information.
- Enter and update customer details in the computer system.
- Maintain records, databases, and daily reports.
- Use MS Word, Excel, email, and other office software.
- Follow up with customers by phone.
- Perform regular data entry and documentation.
- Handle basic computer and office-related tasks.
- Maintain customer information confidentially.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Hindi/Bengali/English communication skills can be an advantage.
