About the Role

Kolkata Bay House is looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible Server to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced QSR environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers professionally.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Explain menu items and offers to customers.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining/service area.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth order delivery.
• Handle customer queries and requests politely.
• Assist with billing and basic restaurant operations when required.
• Follow Kolkata Bay House’s service and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• English speaking is compulsory.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Friendly and presentable personality.
• Ability to work for 10 hours per day.
• Previous restaurant/QSR experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented.

⏰ Working Hours & Overtime

• Regular duty: 10 hours per day.
• Any work required beyond the scheduled 10 hours will be treated as overtime and paid separately as per company policy.
