Job Description

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / accounting software.
  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, payment entries, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Handle cash book, bank book, and perform regular bank reconciliation.
  • Maintain records of income & expenditure, balance sheet, and financial statements.
  • Assist in GST return preparation, TDS calculation, and other statutory compliances.
  • Coordinate with CA for audit, tax filing, and compliance-related matters.
  • Manage office files, documents, and official correspondence (physical & digital).
  • Draft basic letters, emails, and official communication as required.
  • Maintain member/client database and follow up for payments and documentation.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks including printing, scanning, and record maintenance.
  • Support management in preparing reports, proposals, and financial summaries.
  • Ensure proper record keeping as per government and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in event/award documentation and coordination work when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and organizational data.
