Department: Administration & Operations

Location: Barasat Bamunmura, Barasat station

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month


About the Company

Bengal Syndicate is a rapidly growing pharmaceutical distribution company committed to delivering quality healthcare solutions through efficient operations and excellent customer service. We are looking for two proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executives to strengthen our administrative and operational team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, convert enquiries into orders, and respond to customer queries.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, billing, and inventory.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and administrative documentation.
  • Manage office files, records, and operational documents.
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, accounts, and other departments to collect and verify information.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into company records and software.
  • Support day-to-day office administration and operational activities.
  • Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and maintain high standards of accuracy.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data management, and reporting).
  • Good communication and telephone handling skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, email communication, and internet usage.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in administration, back-office operations, customer support, or the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
  • Freshers with excellent Excel skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
