Job DescriptionWe are looking for experienced and result-driven sales professionals to join our Admission Counselling & Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating admissions through effective lead counselling, follow-ups, relationship building and sales conversion.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and admissions.
• Handle fresh and existing leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and convert qualified leads into admissions.
• Achieve assigned monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up updates in the CRM.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a smooth admission journey.
• Participate in sales campaigns, events and other admission-related activities.
• EligibilityMandatory: Prior experience in Sales / Tele Sales / Business Development / Admission Sales / Inside Sales.
• Experience in target-based sales and lead conversion is essential.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Candidates must be comfortable working with sales targets and incentives.
• Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
