Job Summary

Anikant Group is looking for a skilled and experienced Architect with a strong background in the real estate and construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, preparation of drawings, site visits, design coordination, and providing practical architectural solutions for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and develop architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure execution as per approved architectural plans.

- Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, consultants, and project/site teams.

- Assess site conditions and provide appropriate architectural and design solutions.

- Modify and update architectural drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.

- Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable building regulations, development norms, and project requirements.

- Coordinate architectural requirements during construction and resolve design-related issues.

- Review construction work from an architectural perspective and identify deviations from approved drawings.

- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, site observations, and project documentation.

- Assist management and project teams with architectural planning and project development.

Educational Qualification

Mandatory:

- B.Arch. (Bachelor of Architecture) from a recognized university/institution.

- Relevant professional registration/eligibility required for architectural practice, wherever applicable.

Preferred:

- Additional certification or specialization in Architectural Design, Urban Planning, Interior Design, Building Planning, or related fields will be an advantage.

Experience Required

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Architect.

- Prior experience in the Real Estate / Construction industry is mandatory.

- Candidates with hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or large-scale real estate projects will be preferred.

- Strong practical experience in architectural planning, drawing preparation, site coordination, and project execution.

Technical Skills

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.

- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3D modelling, and other architectural software will be an advantage.

- Good understanding of architectural drawings, building planning, construction methods, and materials.

- Ability to interpret engineering and construction drawings.

- Working knowledge of applicable building codes, regulations, and development norms.

Required Professional Skills

- Strong architectural planning and design capability.

- Excellent site coordination and inspection skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with project teams.

- Willingness to undertake regular project site visits.

Compensation

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and suitability for the role.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a qualified B.Arch. professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction, capable of independently handling architectural planning, drawings, site inspections, design coordination, and construction-related architectural requirements.
