• Coordinate with internal teams and communicate with clients as required to
ensure smooth back-office operations and timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain and update business records, databases, and documentation
accurately.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Google Sheets is an added advantage (not mandatory).
• Good communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
