Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role:

Design Global Technology is looking for enthusiastic and confident Business Development Executives to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply.

The role primarily involves tele-sales, lead calling and customer communication. Candidates should be comfortable speaking with potential customers over the phone and following up with leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to potential customers
• Handle leads and explain our products/services
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the team regarding leads and enquiries
• Achieve the assigned daily calling target
• Maintain professional communication with customers

Important: There is NO sales/revenue target for this position.

The candidate will have a daily calling target, but there is no pressure to achieve a specific sales or revenue target.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Tele Sales / Outbound Calling
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally
