Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are seeking an organized, highly communicative, and tech-savvy Business Development Manager (BDM) to oversee our back-office sales operations, client management, and influencer marketing campaigns. In this role, you will bridge the gap between back-office sales execution, digital creator partnerships, and client servicing.  

The ideal candidate leverages modern productivity tools—including MS Office (advanced PowerPoint) and AI software—to create pitch decks, automate workflows, discover influencer talent, and manage end-to-end client communications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Marketing Management

 Creator Outreach & Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and recruit social media influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.  

 Campaign Coordination: Manage campaign briefs, content calendars, deliverable timelines, and brand alignment guidelines for creator partnerships.  

 Negotiation & Contracts: Handle deal terms, deliverables, and commercial agreements with influencers or their agencies.  

 Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement metrics, ROI, conversion rates, and reach across influencer campaigns to report performance to clients/management.  

2. Back Office Sales & Lead Generation

 Perform targeted client outreach (calling, emailing, and messaging) to prospective corporate clients and brand accounts.

 Maintain the internal sales pipeline, CRM records, and lead qualification process.  

 Prepare formal commercial proposals, rate cards, contracts, and service agreements.

3. Client Services & Account Management

 Act as the primary operational link between clients, creator networks, and internal execution teams.

 Conduct client onboarding, campaign updates, and performance debriefs.

 Address client inquiries promptly to retain accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities.

4. Presentations, Software & AI Integration

 Design professional, visually impactful PowerPoint pitch decks for client meetings and influencer campaign proposals.  

 Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) to draft cold outreach scripts, generate campaign concepts, analyze market trends, and speed up routine documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Experience: 2–5 years of experience in business development, back-office sales coordination, account management, or influencer marketing execution.

 Influencer Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated experience sourcing creators, negotiating commercial terms, and tracking campaign KPIs.  

 MS Office Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint (deck design, pitch presentations) and MS Excel (reporting, data tracking).  

 AI Tool Fluency: Practical experience applying generative AI platforms for content generation, communication, and research tasks.

 Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client calls, creator negotiation, and presentation delivery.  

 Software Familiarity: Working knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and social media analytics.
