Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality Chinese and Pan Asian dishes as per established recipes and standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, portioning and quality.
• Ensure proper mise en place and smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workstation.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team during service.
• Assist in stock handling and minimise food wastage.

For CDP: .

• Candidate ProfileRelevant experience in Chinese / Pan Asian cuisine preferred.
• Lead and supervise the assigned kitchen section and guide junior team members
• Good understanding of Asian cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong team-player attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good hygiene, discipline and professional conduct are essential.
