Job Description

Position: Computer Hardware Engineer

Location: Salt Lake City, Kolkata

Experience: 1–3 years

Key Requirement: Strong knowledge of laptop repairing and troubleshooting.

  • Required Skills - Laptop hardware troubleshooting and repair
  • Motherboard-level diagnosis preferred
  • LCD/display, keyboard, battery, charging and adapter issues
  • RAM, SSD/HDD replacement and installation
  • Windows installation and software troubleshooting
  • Desktop and printer troubleshooting
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • On-site customer support
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to travel locally for service calls
