Position: Computer Operator

Department: Administration / Operations

• Job ResponsibilitiesOperate computers and maintain day-to-day digital records.
• Enter, update, and verify data in Excel and other software.
• Maintain employee, student, beneficiary, and office records.
• Prepare reports, documents, spreadsheets, and official correspondence.
• Scan, print, photocopy, and organize documents as required.
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
• Update databases and ensure accuracy of information.
• Support office staff with computer-related administrative work.
• Handle email communication and basic online data management.
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational and beneficiary information.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with different departments for data and documentation requirements.
• EligibilityQualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Computer Skills: MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, Email, and basic data management
• Typing: Good typing speed with accuracy
• Age: Generally 18–30 years, depending on the vacancy
