Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and customer-focused Female Customer Relationship Manager who has a degree in fashion management/ fashion advisor to manage customer relationships, to assist and help the clients in selecting the desired outfit, handle inquiries, follow up with leads, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction which include sales but not target based job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Make regular follow-up calls to customers and prospects.
• Track customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction.
• Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.
• Build and maintain strong client relationship.
• Follow up with clients and solve their queries as per their requirement.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions only after discussion with seniors.
• Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• On the floor with clients.
