Digital B2B Sales Officer (Ecommerce)

• Identify and generate B2B leads through online platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, JustDial, WhatsApp Business, and Email Marketing.
• Promote and sell our range of household products (cleaning products, kitchenware, utility items, home improvement items, etc.) to retailers, wholesalers, supermarket chains, and bulk buyers.
• Create and manage enquiry responses on B2B portals.
• Conduct daily outreach via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media to convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Maintain and update CRM records, follow-ups, quotations, and pricing negotiations.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure repeat business.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Profile Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales / digital sales / tele-sales / B2B portals preferred (Fresher with strong communication skills can also apply).
• Experience in selling FMCG / household / consumer goods is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and online portals.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Understanding of Indian B2B distribution channels is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage
