Retail Cashier

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Retail Cashier to manage day-to-day billing, cash counter operations, and basic accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally software and be comfortable handling regular sales and purchase entries.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update ledgers accurately.
• Handle extensive day-to-day operations using Tally software.
• Generate and raise sales invoices.
• Enter and maintain purchase entries and sales entries in Tally.
• Record cash and other daily business transactions.
• Maintain proper records of sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Manage billing and cash-counter activities efficiently.
• Verify invoices and transaction details for accuracy.
• Assist with basic accounting and reconciliation work.
• Maintain organized financial and transaction records.
• Coordinate with the management/accounts team regarding billing and accounting requirements.

Minimum Requirements :

• Working knowledge of Tally software is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of ledger maintenance, sales entries, purchase entries, and invoicing.
• Good numerical and calculation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
