## Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Lubricant Sales Executive to handle sales and market development for our lubricant products in Kolkata and nearby markets. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealers, distributors, retailers, mechanics and other customers while achieving assigned sales targets.

 Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain dealers, distributors, retailers and mechanic networks.

* Generate new business and expand the existing customer base.

* Conduct regular market visits and identify new sales opportunities.

* Promote and sell automotive lubricants and engine oils.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.

* Follow up on orders, payments and outstanding collections.

* Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.

* Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and dispatch.

* Prepare daily/weekly sales and market visit reports.

* Ensure proper product visibility and brand promotion in the assigned territory.

 Required Skills

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong sales and convincing ability.

* Good knowledge of the automotive lubricant/oil market will be preferred.

* Ability to develop dealer and distributor networks.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

* Willingness to travel for market visits.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
