Sales Support Executive

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating software sales leads, communicating with prospective customers, providing product demonstrations, assisting customers with software-related queries, and maintaining good customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and an interest in software sales and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up with potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
• Explain company products and software solutions to prospective customers.
• Conduct online product demonstrations and explain software features and benefits.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide first-level technical and functional support.
• Assist customers with software usage, configuration and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with the technical/development team for unresolved technical issues.
• Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/software systems.
• Follow up with existing customers regarding renewals, AMC, subscriptions and additional services.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate improvement requirements to the management/technical team.
• Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare basic sales and support reports as required.
