• Track client interactions, preferences, and booking history.
• Generate reports on lead conversion, pipeline status, and customer engagement.
• Client Consultation

• Provide personalized travel advice, including destinations, itineraries, and packages.
• Suggest upgrades, add-ons, or special experiences to enhance client satisfaction.
• Address client queries and resolve issues promptly.

• Respond to new inquiries and follow up on pending leads.
• Update CRM with client details, booking progress, and communication logs.
• Research destinations, packages, and promotions to stay updated.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators for availability and pricing.
• Prepare quotations and itineraries tailored to client needs.
• Attend team meetings to review sales targets and performance.
• Provide after-sales support, including changes, cancellations, or special requests.
