Technical Support & Field Demo Engineer
Infosof Technologies is hiring Fresher B.Tech (CSE/IT) graduates for our MyBizSEO AI project.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic backend and technical support for the platform.
- Conduct product demos and technical onboarding for clients and franchise partners.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with the development team.
- Assist with product testing and user support.
- Travel for field demonstrations when required.
Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of Web, API, Database and Software concepts.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel when required.
