Job Description
Make outbound calls to leads generated through portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com), digital campaigns, and walk-in inquiries
Pitch ongoing residential/commercial projects to prospective buyers and investors
Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and purchase timeline
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team/relationship managers for follow-up
Handle inbound inquiries regarding project details, pricing, floor plans, and possession timelines
Maintain and update lead status in CRM (fresh, hot, warm, cold, dead) after every call
Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects who haven't finalized a decision
Re-engage cold leads and past inquiries for new project launches or offers
Coordinate with the marketing team to report lead quality and campaign feedback
Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls made, leads qualified, and site visits scheduled
