Job Title: In-House Videographer

Job Type: Full-Time / In-House

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and experienced In-House Videographer who is passionate about visual storytelling and confident in handling a wide variety of shoots. The candidate must be flexible, responsible, and capable of executing projects according to the creative direction and requirements provided by the Director.

Key Responsibilities

* Shoot high-quality videos for different types of projects, including:

  * Weddings and pre-wedding shoots

  * Birthday parties and special events

  * Baby and maternity shoots

  * Fashion, model, and professional portfolios

  * Dance performances, rehearsals, and promotional videos

  * Social media reels and digital content

  * Corporate, commercial, and branded content

  * Interviews, behind-the-scenes videos, and other creative productions

* Understand and execute the Director’s creative brief, concept, shot requirements, and instructions.

* Handle cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, gimbals, microphones, and other videography tools professionally.

* Plan suitable camera angles, movements, framing, lighting, and shot compositions.

* Capture both candid and cinematic footage according to the project’s requirements.

* Coordinate professionally with clients, artists, dancers, models, and the production team during shoots.

* Organise and safely transfer all footage after every assignment.

* Maintain cameras and production equipment in proper working condition.

* Remain available for indoor and outdoor shoots, depending on the company’s schedule.

* Be flexible regarding working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and event-based assignments whenever required.

* Complete every shoot responsibly and within the given timeline.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Proven experience in professional videography across different categories.

* Strong knowledge of camera operation, lenses, lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.

* Experience in wedding, pre-wedding, event, dance, portfolio, and social media content shoots will be preferred.

* Ability to understand and follow creative direction accurately.

* A strong creative eye and passion for cinematic visual storytelling.

* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a production team.

* Good communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced and changing shoot environments.

* Basic knowledge of video editing and colour grading will be an added advantage.

* Candidates must share a portfolio or showreel of their previous work.
