Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align project goals with business strategies and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to promote shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Project Management (PM).
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Competence in risk management and problem resolution within project environments.
