- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- Strong experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using cloud-based platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across diverse systems.
- Familiarity with modern software development lifecycle practices including agile methodologies.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable software components that align with business objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
